Paramedic
candidates must be eligible for reciprocity within SC or
possess a valid SC Paramedic certificate. Prior field
experience, related training, education, and computer skills
are preferred. Base salary starts at 14.72/hr and
candidates with job related degrees are eligible for
additional compensation! Greenville County EMS is an
exclusive 911 ALS transport system seeking additional
Paramedics to operate 20 dual Paramedic staffed ambulances
and 7 Quick-Response-Vehicles averaging 55, 000 calls per
year! Field Paramedics work 12-hr shifts, either day or
night, with overtime earned after 40 hrs/wk. We utilize
progressive standing orders and perform advanced skills such
as 12-lead EKG monitoring, Field Thombolytic Therapy, and
RSI.
