The CES Manager is responsible for monitoring, training and
educating the paramedic and EMT workforce. Directly
responsible for the FTO program, orientation, and
investigating clinical issues. Will also develop and
implement training and continuing education programs,
monitor all clinical trials and maintain an effective
relationship with the Medical Director.
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or appropriate
field of study and/or equivalent work experience. Minimum
of three years in general healthcare management experience,
including participative involvement in financial management
(profit and loss, budgeting), and employee supervision.
Demonstrated, effective track record cultivating
relationships with internal and external customer-base.
Current Commonwealth of Virginia Paramedic Certification.
Current BCLS, ACLS, PALS, BTLS OR PHTLS Instructor
Certification. Virginia ALS Coordinator certification.
Current NREMTP Certification. Some advanced education
preferred.
